Yes. Brave View carries full liability insurance for our team and your home on every visit.
Do you guarantee your work?

How do I get a quote?
Request an estimate on our contact page, or call or text us. We respond within one business day and confirm your flat-rate price before any work begins.
How soon can you schedule me?
We offer same-week scheduling for most of our service area. Premier Bundle and Reserve clients get priority booking.
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at low pressure for siding, paint and trim. Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces like concrete.
How often should I have my house washed?
Once a year suits most homes. Shaded walls may need a second wash later in the year.
Why do you clean windows with purified water?
Deionized water has no minerals in it, so it dries without spots and your glass stays clean longer.
Can you clean upper-story windows?
Yes. Our water-fed poles reach upper floors from the ground, without ladders against your home.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year for most homes. Window Club members save up to 25% when they book again.
Are your cleaning products safe for plants and pets?
Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable, and we soak landscaping before and after every wash.
Can you remove stains from my driveway?
Most dirt, algae and organic staining comes out fully. Deep oil and rust stains may need extra treatment, and we’ll tell you what to expect up front.
How often should concrete be sealed?
Plan to reseal every 2 to 3 years.
When should I book Christmas lights?
Book your design consultation in September. Installation slots usually fill by late October.
Do you store my Christmas lights?
Yes. After the season we remove, clean and store your system in climate-controlled conditions until next year.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we can reach the exterior, with gates unlocked and a water spigot available, you don’t need to be home.
