Brave View (“Brave View,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides window cleaning, pressure washing, concrete sealing, and related exterior home services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, request a quote, book a service, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

  • Contact information: first and last name, phone number, email address, mailing/service address, and business name (for commercial quote requests)
  • Service details: property type, requested services, scheduling preferences, access instructions, gate codes, or other job-site notes
  • Payment information: billing address and payment details, processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our own systems)
  • Communications: messages, quote requests, reviews, and any other information you send us by phone, email, text, or web form
  • Quote requests on our website: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the services you select, any project details you add, your business name if you request a commercial quote, and a record that you agreed to our Terms & Conditions, this Privacy Policy and text messages about your estimate (the wording you agreed to and when)

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time spent on our site
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate our website, remember preferences, and understand site usage (see Section 6)
  • How you reached our website: when you send a quote request, we also record the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any advertising campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link you followed (for example utm_source or gclid). Your browser keeps this only for the current browsing session until you submit a form
  • Spam protection: our quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from automated spam. Cloudflare processes this information under its own privacy policy
  • Location information: general location derived from your IP address or, if you allow it, more precise location shared through your device to help schedule or route services

c. Information from Third Parties

  • Our scheduling and customer management system (the Brave View Dashboard), used to manage bookings and customer records
  • Payment processors that confirm transaction details
  • Marketing and advertising platforms that help us reach potential customers and measure ad performance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, schedule, and manage window cleaning, pressure washing, and other requested services
  • Communicate with you about quotes, appointments, service updates, and invoices, including by text message about your estimate when you agree to receive them on our quote form
  • Process payments and maintain accurate business and financial records
  • Respond to inquiries, questions, and customer service requests
  • Send promotional offers, seasonal specials, and marketing communications, where permitted (you can opt out at any time)
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who support our operations, such as scheduling/CRM software, payment processors, accounting software, website security (Cloudflare Turnstile), and marketing and analytics platforms (including Google and Meta)
  • Employees and contractors who need the information to perform or fulfill a scheduled service
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants or legal counsel, as needed
  • Government authorities or other third parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

4. Data Retention

We retain customer and business information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, meet accounting and tax obligations, and comply with applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limitations
  • Decline to provide certain information, though this may limit our ability to schedule or perform services

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. To exercise any rights, contact us using the information in Section 9.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising efforts. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools, including:

  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use our website (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive)
  • Google Ads, which helps us measure whether our ads lead to quote requests. When you submit a quote request, your email address, phone number and address may be sent to Google in hashed (encoded) form so Google can match the request to an ad interaction. This is known as enhanced conversions. Google uses this information for ad measurement as described in its own policies
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure and improve our advertising

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect site functionality. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
