Your Reserve rate is custom-quoted based on your property's specific scope — square footage, surface types, window pane count, and service frequency. Every Reserve member receives a privately negotiated rate that reflects a meaningful discount from standard à la carte pricing.
The Reserve is designed as a complete arrangement — that is how the member discount is structured. If you'd prefer individual services, Brave View offers standard à la carte booking for pressure washing and window cleaning separately. Both are excellent. The Reserve is for those who want it all, handled correctly.
Spring slots fill quickly, particularly for properties in Allen, Whitley, and Huntington Counties. We recommend submitting your reservation request at least 3–4 weeks before your desired service window. Fall slots are more available but still limited.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Commercial properties are quoted individually. Please indicate your property type in the reservation form and we will tailor the scope and rate accordingly.
